choose a current location if want to send your current position only(no tracking).
Step 5: You will get an option of sharing live location for 15 mins, 1 hour, 8 hours. Choose one of them. That’s all, you have sent your live location.
And if you want to share for a specific time, you can stop sharing by tapping on ‘Stop sharing” anytime.

If they are Google user, you can share directly. If not, then you need to send your link via message. After clicking on that link they will be directed to Google map and able to see your live location.
